We aim to be the preferred supplier of safe, efficient, innovative and profitable well site services in our target regional markets

2. Our Employees
We show a strong commitment to our employees through the encouragement of quality training from our in-house subsidiary – MBti, providing technical petroleum and gas, well services and drilling.
In addition to internal training, MBPS collaborates with external Omani training institutions to further enhance the competencies of our employees.
Our team ensures that HSE is embedded into our organization through the provision of quality training and educational programs fostering a safety behavior to attract and retain the best people

Through our ICV initiatives MBPS supports our local community by increasing procurement of goods and services and by developing the capability of Omani people and companies.
Our investments in fixed assets include several movable and immovable assets within Oman such as real estate, rigs, hoists, vehicles, camps.
MBPS sources goods and services from over 30 Omani companies and engages LCC’s for subcontracting services to boost Omani businesses and create increased employment.
We continue to enhance Omanization through our Omani Graduate Recruitment Program called ‘TATWEER’ in collaboration with Sultan Qaboos University and Caledonian College.
