In 2006 MBPS established training department, later in 2016 MB Training Institute (MBti) was established as an independent training entity and since then it has been acknowledged for its high quality training receiving a gold star recognition from OPAL and has undertaken the duty to deliver the training programs for both MB Group employees and its external clients.

- Drilling Fluids Program for new engineers with a duration of 18 months
